95 silverado. Going from 5 speed to t56???

Default 95 silverado. Going from 5 speed to t56???

ok my dad has a 95 silverado 350 with the 5 speed in it.

what would be needed to make a t56 work in his application??

You'd need the LT1 T56 setup. You'll need the tranny, flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, slave cylinder, shifter and a custom cross member most likely. Your driveshaft will probably need to be modified too. There's always a bunch of little stuff that comes up too, but that will get you plenty far.
