Yes they'd be fine; stock springs are 3".

They add 3000lbs per set. I guess i would need an air compresser, whats a good brand. At least i can get a set of air horns now.
Air springs aren't going to lift the truck any, but they will keep the rear end from sagging when loaded. Some good compressors are Oasis, Viair, and Air Zenith. You'll probably need a small air tank as well.

Thanks for all the help. Where can you mount the air compresser/tank?

I was thinking of getting a toolbox and mounting it in there so its protected
