Alignment questions (on Hotchkis lowered truck)

That alignment should have only taken 20-30 minutes tops. At least from the time the vehicle is driven on top of the alignment rack.
I think you will be fine with driving it with those settings.
Just make sure all your front end bolts are nice and tight.
The caster could use a nudge more negative adjustment. Like a -1.0 to -1.5 caster split. Either way, caster pull doesn't effect tire wear. Your toe and camber settings look pretty good.
That previous alignment wasn't all that bad of a job. You pretty much did get a free alignment.
Just the caster needs to be lowered on the left front a little.
