When I did my spindles on my silverado I had to purchase a camber kit to get it aligned ... It wore my tires out quit a bit with out the camber kit ... They corrected it the best they could without the kit and told me to buy the camber kit and to install it then take it back to them and they did it at no extra charge as a warranty ... Hope this helps

Look into McGaughy's spindles, they dont change the geometry of the front end thus allowing for a true allignment
Spindle comparison link for comparison
McGaughy's link for NNBS Hoe
I have a full McG's drop kit on my Silvy and couldn't be happier. My allignment is dead on.
