another 4l60e problem
I'm needing some help guys I have a 2000 Silverado with a 4l60e that I've rebuilt it due to bad 3/4 clutches but the previous owner had already built the trans before my issues.so I removed trans to inspect found bad 3/4 as stated and bad tc also trans had wrong spacer plate on valve body also found the tc on/off solenoid had a zip tie to hold it on so I also replaced that.
My new issue is that it worked good for a week and now after trans heats up tcc is falling out of lock up but still shifts all gears. I have already removed trans to inspect and everything looks great.
Every single bit of help is appreciated

Was the tune updated for the 2500 rpm converter?
Might just be a tune issue.
Do you have the HP Tuner software?
If you do you could set up a log to see if the PCM is calling for a lockup.
If not have your tuner take a look, maybe some of the TCC tables need adjustment.

The tune is updated for a 2500 stall converter I took it to a local tuner that is well known
the tuner has already looked at the tune he said to me looks great and there is no adjustments need to be made could it be a stop lamp switch
