DTC - B2647 - "Ambient Light Sensor Circuit Low.
DTC - U1096 - Loss of Communications with IPC (Instrument Panel Cluster)
I would double check all the electrical connections to the transmission and be sure all grounds have a good connection.
Also check that you don't have any pinched wires.
Have you done any work under the dash lately?
If so maybe you did something to the brake switch that would cause the converter to unlock
