any good ways to improve shifts in my 700r4

Default any good ways to improve shifts in my 700r4

anybody got any good and inexpensive tips

Matt I like to use the transgo "JR kit" for these units. Comes with some springs for the valve body, pump and also the accumulators. The one thing I really like is the new anti stick throttle valve that comes in the kit. This little valve is probably one of the best parts of this kit IMO. This will clean up your shifts providing that the unit is in decent condition to start with. I do not remember if the kit comes with a new forward boost valve but I would recommend replacing this with a .470 valve and also get some fresh accumulator pistons for all three accumulators. Thanks Vince where could I buy this kit? And how hard would u say it is I don't mess with transmissions much
