I figured it would drop the truck as much as the added arch would lift it and it would probably even out. Apparently I'm wrong.
you post info that is incorrect more then one time. You give false info, saying a AAL is going to lower you is incorrect. Its a cheap way of lifting your truck and has been for ages. trying to defend this point to others so you dont look dumb is pointless. AAL adds height reguardless if its under axle or over axle. just like removing a leaf lowers the truck, adding one raises it

Adding a stock leaf like was posted will not raise the truck, the AAL thing came up later which I agree would lift the truck depending on how big a AAL you use.

the additional as added towards the top of the pack. the leafs on a s10 are under the axle same as how they are in a flip kit for a silverado.

AAL is same as any leaf being added

I know my first truck was an 02 s10, AAL are different than stock leafs. The AAL has a LOT more arch to it and I could see that lifting the rear end when added between two stock leafs.

I was thinking he was talking about adding an additional leaf on TOP of the original main leaf which would drop the truck, I can see it raising the truck if youre talking about adding the new leaf in between the spring pack.

also by using another leaf you gain load limit so youll gain height just from that.

a stock leaf WILL raise the truck, how much is dependant on the thickness of the leaf, length and the arch it has

what is wrong with some people...wow

this would be the same as adding a block, AAL's always go IN the pack, not on top
