If you are going to keep your hangers, it seems that leafs are the way to go. Then you can adjust your shackles for a 5(stock) 6 or 7 with the aftermarket ones you have on there now.

Put stock hangers back on and put a flip kit on. Leafs have poor reviews...ride quality, load capacity, etc.

I think I have a 4" drop now, with any weight the frame literally sits on the axle. Anybody know how low you can go without cutting the bed? How big of a notch fits under stock bed floor?

If you're on the axle right now not only are you lower than 4", but you need to notch. Does it not ride like ***? And I just stated what drop needs notch. Get any brand notch other than Djm.
