Anyone correct Chevy lean by using slightly different thickness leak blocks?

when i dropped my truck my tires rubbed really bad on the drivers side. once i raised up the drivers side one notch on the shackle, which i assume is an inch it raised the back drivers side and actually pulled the front drivers side up a bit too.
