Default anyone else have this with their FLT?

Hey everyone, I was just wondering if anyone elses FLT chirps the tires on the 1-2 shift at wot, Im not making massive power or anything but its done it twice and everyonce in a while if Im turning when it shifts at normal driving there will be a small chirp. everything with the transmission feels good and the temp is fine I just wanted to make sure this if this is normal or not. Thanks in advance

That's normal. It doesn't take much power to do that when your turning. What happens in that case is that factory locker engages and the inside tire has to spin the same speed as the outside tire so it has to spin to keep up. My truck barks the rears on the 1-2 shift easily at WOT.

I would think that it would chirp at wot considering that FLT puts the Transgo HD2 in their Level 4's, not sure how many washers they use or if you discussed that with them

with my old 20"s and fresh pavement mine would leave a 2ft black mark on 1-2 shift WOT.

Barking the tires on the 1-2 shift at WOT is a good thing.
