correct u are Jeff. I have it on my drop. It makes the shock sit more vertical (Belltech said to use it on the 4" drop.) I have only noticed when my truck sits on the lift at work that the passenger side (side where it was instructed to be put) sits higher.. as in the left side can still touch the ground (rear) and the right side wont. Just something I found. I have the nitro drop shocks and I think they ride pretty well. Of course it doesnt take bumps well, but thats a given since I'll smash trans brace and then slap the rear bump stops

So your supposed to use them with drop shocks not stock height shocks, correct?

correct, for other vehicles they make extenders for stock shocks but the are only to relocate, for better angles

Ahhh, now I understand...I thought that I could use them with my stock Bilsteins that I'm running now. (I'm sure that I could, but the shocks would still be compressed as they are now) So if I ever get the Belltech drop shocks that trever1t talks about, these shock extenders would be a nice addition also to keep the shock more vertical. Gotcha

You can run shock extenders/relocators with stock shocks. They would help on a 4" drop, but aren't needed. If you have a good replacement shock they aren't needed on a 4" drop. They are designed to give you a more progressive rate by fixing the angle and helps the shock work less which = better ride. They are made to fix the angle of your shock, they call them extenders which is a bad name since thats really not what they are doing.

Here's a picture of them on my truck.

Well from the looks of the picture it does extend them down an inch or two...
