No it does not. It applies power to the wheel with the most traction. So if you only have one wheel with traction, that's the one that's getting all the power. It's supposed to smooth in the way it transfers power from wheel to wheel though. I prefer to know that both wheels will be powered equally when I launch. Way more predictable and consistent.
