So I just gave SRD a call to inquire about the bars for our trucks. Now I've seen Phantom's pictures of the rear bracket and it will not work for me since my leafs are flipped. While they do not make any kits for flip-kit trucks, the guy at SRD (by the way, you Southerners have a funny accent. ) said he can make a set with just a flat rear bracket. It sounded like he would just use a bracket off of a car, or based on a car bracket, since most cars have the leafs on the bottom. Good to know. I think I'll be ordering these in the next week or two.

For reference, here is the set Phantom has and his picture of them. Note the style of this bracket for those with their leafs above the axle.

are they gonna clear the overload leaf, or are you gonna clamp it or remove it?

No idea. I guess we'll find out. If it hit it, I'd probably just cut the overload like many of the cal-trac guys.

Got my bars put in this weekend. They are badass. Super easy install and all kinds of adjustment.

One of the local 10.5 racers around here switched from cal-tracs to these bars. On back to back passes he went from 1.35 60' and 5.60 in the 1/8th with cal-tracs. Went back to the pits and changed nothing in the car but the bars and went 1.26 60' and 5.46 in the 1/8th...

I can definitely feel a difference in my truck over the old caltrac style bar

Awesome to hear. I haven't ordered these yet but they are definitely my next mod. Hopefully I'll be ordering them soon.
