+1 on just getting a full Detroit Locker. I had one in my old mud truck and they are pretty much indestructible. I broke both axles and the ring gear one night and the locker survived. It was a 10 bolt axle. Maybe a little different to get used to driving around cause when there is power to the wheels there is no doubt about it being locked under all conditions. Not really that bad, I liked it.

I got mine from Lane Automotive, but Summit or Jegs have them also. I don't see any of the vendors on here that might sell it though. Most all Eaton dealers can get them. My Detroit Locker weighs 1.5 pounds more than the Gov-Lock that I replaced. That's alot of extra metal in that little carrier.
