Battling heat problem on 4L80E - anyone else?

Today I modified the tune a bit. I used the bluecat tool to generate the right numbers for the Shift speeds, RPM, WOT shifts, etc. I also set my min TCC duty cycle to 95% in all cells. I forgot to multiply the force motor table by 0.9 but will try that tomorrow.

Upping the TCC duty cycle min to 95 made the lockup extremely harsh. I'm talking head slinging engine stalling screech harsh! I ended up reverting to the stock values which for my average temp range results in low 40's to low 30's. (did I do something wrong or are my results to be expected?)

Anyway, ambient was 32 tonight and my trans got to 133 so it seems better, but still high considering you guys are reporting around 40-50 over ambient..

If I can sneak away from the wife this weekend long enough to do some flow tests on the cooler lines I'll let you know how that goes.
