These to on the rear of the spring and urs go on the front. Help my noobness w lowering the rear of my truck to sit level.

Shackles will only give you 2" of drop. If you want to drop another 2" you need to do the hangars. Or alternatively you could do a flip kit or leaf springs, or some combination of those.
