You might if you if you can fab up some brackets to fit helper bags on the inside of the frame rails. You will probably have to cut through you bed to be able to get the bracket to work for the helper bags.
Or if you 4 link with bags and C notch.
Yes if you do a 2/4. hangers , shackles, and Air lift slam air helper bags.
