Don't run a 3" drop spring. I've done it before and it rides terrible. Go with a 2" spindle 1" spring or run DJM's 3" control arms.

If you cheap out and just run a drop spring then you'll hate yourself.

I run McGaughy's 2" spindle and 1" spring, no complaints here. The 3" spring rides like crap and my 2" lcas caused bumpsteer.

I've run 3 different sets of control arms. 1 set of djm 2" drop arms, western chassis 2" drop arms and now I have a set of 4" drop arms and I've never had problems with bumpsteer so that's weird you're having issues, especially with only the 2" drop ones.

I don't think it's very weird considering that I've heard from a couple of dozen people that have had the same problem.

A couple dozen? I have been on gmfullsize, fullsizechevy, here and showtruck scene for as long as 3 years and I've heard less than a dozen people that have had the problem.

Yes it is definantly more common with djm control arms but I have yet to heard from someone who has had this problem with their 2" drop arms. The 4" ones yes, but the angle of the control arms is hardly changed with the 2" ones so that seems awfully weird to me.

Belltech doesn't make a 2" control arm for our trucks?
