I tried searching, but most answers I came across were from years ago and/or too varied in opinions.

Truck is 2002 Z71 which was formally "leveled" with Rough Country leveling kit.

I saved everything that was removed for that swap and decided to change it up for this Summer.

Front is lowered using 2" lowering spindles and stock keys...
Rear is lowered by removing the block from between the axle and leaf springs, and by swapping on 2" lowering shackles.
Shocks are the originals, that I saved, but they have over 100K miles on them.

Front seems a little "bouncy", rear seems a little too firm.

What shocks should I go with for a "happy medium" to hopefully firm up the front, and smooth out the back? Or is this even possible? I absolutely hate that bouncy washboard ride, but I know the stock shocks are tired...

I attached a few pics, but this is still with stock GM 17's w/31's and not my new 20's because I am still waiting for the correct lugnuts. Last 2 pics shows the BEFORE stance in pics taken a week prior ...

the only problems iv had with the abd was when my whole module went out. Are both brake and abs lights on? when the relays is in I mean?

well, due to the overwhelming response, I decided on a set on KYB Monomax shocks...LOL

Ordered the 2wd version for rear, since without the blocks and with the shackles it's much closer to a 2wd height than a 4wd height...
