Default best "street" shocks....

I have had KYB shocks on my truck for about 100k now, the left front is starting to sag and the ride has steadily turned to mush over the last month or so. I'm thinking its about time to upgrade... I will be going to a 3/4 drop soon using springs in the front... is there any specific shock you guys are using right now with good results? not really wanting to get into a "drop" shock if I don't have to. What do you guys think? upgrade to something now that will work with stock and 3" springs or wait till the drop and do something specific for that...

I'm running Edelbrock's in the front and Monroe's in the rear. Both work well.

I'm using the edelbrock IAS shocks. I don't think they make them for a lowered truck though.

im runnin the street performances in the rear on a hanger and shackle drop, im really happy with them, i still havent had luck with a good stiff front shock yet though, i have a spindle drop in the front and i dont need a drop shock but the stiffest shock in the world? any ideas i thought about like some ranchos but for a 2wd but i dunno?

Yep they do Dave; I have them in the front for a 3" spring drop. They make them for a 6" rear drop too but both are hard to find. I got mine from Performance Products.
