Default Big brake kits.

What are the best big brake kits. I really like the 16" Wilwood set up but at 2600 that seems a little much. So my question is are the Tri Power SSBC brakes any good for the front, or would it be better to just wait and get something else? Thanks

i thought they were alot more than 2600 for the fronts, imo thats cheap. the baer 6 pistons with 15 rotors i have cost more than 3k retail. im not saying i paid that but imo for the wilwoods thats a deal. brembo also make some bad *** 8 pistons but they are alot of money.

for a good upgrade that wont kill hte bank look into the alumasports by baer.

The Wilwood kit with 16" rotors is sweet! I used that on one of my Sierra HDs. One thing to consider is the size wheels that you will be running. 20" is the minimum ticket to ride with the Wilwood. The Baer Alumasports will fit behind most 18". We have these brands along with the SSBC on sale. Give us a call or e-mail tbyrne@tbyrne.com to get pricing for your truck.

I have 24s so the kit won't have a problem. What about the rear? My truck is an 05 and has drums in the back and I would like to go to 4 wheel disc

They have kits available for the rear of some trucks too. I'll need the configuration of yours (1500 or 2500, 2 or 4WD ect...) to check that for you.
