I just installed some Bilstein Hd's on my 07 Tahoe and they're awesome! The factory shocks had a little over 100,000 on them and were showing their age.

I completely agree it absorbs the bumps better and I can actually go faster than 2 mph around slow turns, it doesn't have that flopping around feeling anymore. I should have done this swap a long time ago. Btw TireRack has great prices and fast shipping.

I recently rebuilt my truck suspension - every bushing, the ball joints, inner/outer tie rods, sway bar bushings.

Rod like crap on stock shocks. I am running a 2 inch drop shackle.

I tried some monroe sensatrac, edelbrock ias, and the bilstien HD..

The Bilstein HD definitely are the winners.

I have the HD Bilsteins on my truck and love them. The ride is much better. Not rough, but very positive.

They were great shocks, but it sux that they are just sitting there not being enjoyed. Glad you like yours. It was like driving a waterbed down the road with the stock soft ride blue shocks.
