I put on a hellwig rear sway a couple weeks ago and it wasn't as big of an improvement as I had hoped. But that was the biggest sway I could do with my budget. I would definitely order poly front sway bushings at the same time. The rear sway made the looseness of the front more apparent before I put in my poly front bushings

Figured I might as well give my update now,
After around 150 miles I'm changing the rear shocks back to the factory black Tennecos. I can't stand how the truck picks up every little crack on the highway. Forget driving in the right lane with all the waves in the pavement from the Rigs. I actually wind up driving around all the small ruts and tiny potholes in the street now because I don't want to deal with the jarring ride.
It's most likely the rear shackles and 20's with a 45 series sidewall but I can't stand the ride anymore. Shoulda just left the factory shocks alone and saved my $246![Cry](https://www.performancetrucks.net/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_cry.gif)

good luck with your installation, I've run the front HD's for little over 6500 miles and they are still stiff. I couldn't stand the hammering from the rear HD shocks with the 2" drop shackles........every bump was like

I've had my HD's on for over 2 years and about 30k-40k miles and they are still going good.. I dont have a lift or a drop on mine though, stock ride height just with some heavy 285/75r16 mud tires on it.. You'll like them and they hold up good.

I wonder if its just the different shock or what. The ones on my Burban did just fine. I bought the ones for the SS but havent put them on. I'll report back when i do.
