The dots on the tire is the best point for balancing, one being lightest spot on tire to align with valve stem, and one being a radial mark for runout. Its not a magic fix all. Im also not new to this and by no means am I an expert. My plans were to see the balance of the tire properly installed.
There is not runout marks on the Bogart wheel and likely there is no runout therefore on paper the yellow mark should work great but we all know theres many variables that come to play.

I do not want this to turn to an argument and i do respect both of your opinions on this issue.

Well the rears did not fit over drums! Guess i need to check back spacing and make positivly sure they are 6.5" and not 6.75" or more. Turning down the step on the drum but also waiting for a response on the brackets for the K1500 calipers. Just need to get them fit for now is why im turning the drum.
I told the guy balancing i needed the old style weights on the rear lip well he put flat stick on weights and they wouldnt clear the front caliper bracket nor the caliper so i ripped them off.

Swap the junk drums for some OBS calipers and clear the Bogarts.

It looks like the 1320 brackets only work for the disk rears, where the holes are rotated 45*

It will work just fine. Just bleed the caliper prior to bolting it on
