If I see it right, shimming (washer) isn't an option for you. It would make the condition worse. You need the caliper to go outbound of the truck. Shimming would pull in inbound.

No it wouldn't. If you put a shim/washer between the steering knuckle and caliper mounting bracket, it will move the caliper outward. The caliper mounting bracket attaches to the steering knuckle with a bolt that comes through the knucle (inside/out) and then threads into the bracket. Put the shim between the two. Should work perfect for him.

That could be your problem since you changed your steering knuckles. Look above for my explanation.

I put some stainless washers and some threadlocker on the bolts, problem appears to be fixed. Thanks fellas.
