I have seen quite a few like this, mostly 3/4tons, but anyways you need to do what MrGoodwrench3 has said above, lube everything and make sure your pads are not binding were they slide on the caliper bracket. There is a known issue with corrosion due to dis-similar metals.

Sea salt and road salt are the number one causes of that. About all you can do is replace the rotors. If you try to turn them more often then not the metal just flakes off.

My e-brake and ABS light come on everyday now for the last year.and has still yet to throw a code. I have had it checked like 5 times. The brake system on my truck is fine, I've narrowed it down to wheel speed sensors.....just havent spent the $60 a piece on them yet

Also, I have replaced the rotors on my vehicles a couple times, and have used O-reillys brand or whatever they had in stock....no issues and they were like $20 a piece. Cant go wrong there...

My ABS and brake lights are still coming on intermittently. It has not set a code that I can read with my cheapo Cen-tech code reader.
When I sanded down my front rotors, I cleaned off the sensors. It doesn't seem to have made any difference.
On top of that, I am due for a state vehicle inspection. With my luck, the lights will come on when they are testing my truck and they will fail me.
