Anyone ran into this problem? Which flexplate did you swap to?

Which one were you using? Most of those SFI plates are chinese trash. TCI is basically indestructible, but weighs more. Meziere has a billet plate but is $$$

It was the steel one from circle d. I've always has flexplate problems. 2 stock ones and now the sfi one. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I don't think so..

Nope, you're just putting a lot of power into a very heavy vehicle.

The TCI plate is not cheap, $275, but for me it was a no brainer - the time, cost and misery of pulling the trans/converter to replace a broken flexplate was well worth the cost.

Something sounds off to be breaking that many...i use a tci for what its worth

I broke 2 with the 60e then bought the sfi plate. The 60 died, so then i did the 80e swap and bought new converter and used the same sfi plate. Soo what am I doing wrong? I'm only maybe 600hp
