The first one is not even bolted up correctly.
I would check your input shaft play on your trans, as well as the end play on the crank.
Also check the crank flange for trueness.
Have you sent any of the converters back to be checked after the failures???
High end/low end convertor models???
What type of converters for each failure???
Were they spec'd for nitrous use at the time of order???

I broke the first 2 n/a.. All the converters where circle d's. First one lasted 120k and a year 1/2 behind the 6.0 and my first circle d 278mm converter then I went to a new 278mm converter and pb lvl2 trans, and I broke the stock one with 120+k and the second one lasted a month maybe. Then I bought the sfi plate and it out lasted the 60e then I installed the 80e with a 3800 single disk 9.5 back in August and it just crack now. So it's been about 4 years of of hell shoot the 100 shot out the hole, 2nd gear launches on the street, racing with a 4 wheeler in the back for traction, and acting the *** with a 21 foot car trailer on the hitch.
So I'm thinking I just pushed it to the limit, and it lasted almost 4 years

Was the 278mm the budget converter???
If so, I am wondering if it ballooned with the nitrous and the weight.

The 278mm was the budget converter and that's what I ran 11's with spray. The 278mm is rated for around 500hp and I was a little above that.

On the rear of the crank of the LSX motors there is a hole in between two flywheel bolts. It doesnt have a dowel and its kinda just there but i always line up the hole on the flywheels/flexplates with it nonetheless. Just trying to clarify alittle. As everyone is saying there is something else wrong here. Once i found 3/6 bolts missing on an older transmission causing it to pull away from the block on acceleration and it broke the flywheel right around the bolt holes lol.
