I see where you are coming from but in my book as well as many others spending $3,000.00 is never a no brainer.

BTW I called today and spoke with Chuck about sending my core back. Hadnt talked to him in at least 3 or 4 weeks, when I told him my name, he imediatly knew who I was, ask how everything was working, commented on some B.S.ing in the southern forum. Real nice, and helpful guy. Ill definatly do business with them again when the need for another tranny comes up.

There are plenty of reputable builders out there Jordan. FLT seems to have the best customer service... were you wanting to stab it yourself or have someone else do it??? I have doen a couple of these now so I could definitely give you a hand.
- as you know, I just had my 65e built locally... you have had a ride and you know how mine feels. you have plenty of options out there. and I'm about to buy the sonnex servos for mine and take out the 'vette ones.... it should shift way better then...

Well for those of you keeping tabs, I finished all of my research and went with the FLT 4L65E level 5 with the vac. mod and sonnax 2 & 4 servos. I'll put up a thread once it's installed with my review. Thanks for all your input! The main reason I went this way was that they are a sponsor
