Default Bump Steer

The steering feels fine, nice and tight and all on smooth roads, but the bitch bump steers pretty badly, IMO. The truck right now has pretty wide tires on the front, (295s) which I will be replacing with 275s in the near future. Could this be a contributing factor to this issue or do I have to do some more digging around to find the cause?

Thanks

Tire size shouldn't have anything to do with bump steer, it's caused by the tyrod angel not being alined with the control arm, there's a few ways to fix this, you can relocate the lower balljoints, or putting spacers on the tyrod. I'm new to building trucks so idk the best way to fix your truck but for mustangs you can buy a bump steer kit.

I know wider tires will cause a vehicle to walk a little but I wasn't sure about bump steer. We have a bump steer kit on our Shelby, works great

The truck has stock suspension for now if that's what you're asking.
