dang, thats alot of mods too. Well i guess if you can't burn out it should be some sort of advantage over wheel spinning rcsb trucks. Have you ran your truck against any modded Reg Cab Chevy/GMCs?

What rpm is the converter rated to stall at? Seems strange it wouldn't at least make a squeak from the tires. My bone stock 99 will at least do that much. Maybe your torque is just too far up the power band to make the tires spin. Any air fuel ratio readings when you are trying to burn out? Maybe its going lean, maybe its going way too rich in Power Enrichment.

With your cam you should still have plenty of low end grunt, and the stall/gears should make it easy for you.
Do you still have your stock rims/tires you could put on. you weigh more, and have heavier wheels which doesnt help with burnouts
