you dont want your rear end to squat. you want it to seperate (to plant the tires) and then settle back in a controlled manor (shock adjustment). atleast thats my theory on it that has been working lately. squating lets the tires break loose, and by the time the squat actually plants the tires, youve already started to spin. with the bed seperating, you plant as soon as you go WOT. at the same time, if you plant too hard, your tires will try to jump off of the ground. there arent too many of us with enough power to do that though.
