Default can anyone explain these?

I see it all the time and it bugs the hell outta me, why do people squat their Chevys, they will jack up the front and leave the back stock, it just looks like their shocks are blown. Why?

Cali lean lol. I had my front coilovers on my 09' cranked as far as they would go and I had about 3/4" of cali lean and thought the stance was perfect. Some guys over do it big time

Yeah from south Carolina and stationed in north Carolina, and that white truck isn't to bad they go all out here, I've seen a guy who had six inches lifted front and stock back I kid you not, I guess the front two cylinders don't need oil....
