Default changing bolt patterns on wheels

I am thinking about changing my OBS 5 x 5 lug pattern to a 6 lug. I have no Idea where to start. Has anyone done this before? I want a set of stock wheels for a while and there is not alot of options with the OBS stuff.

For the front look for rotors from a 88ish light duty 3/4 ton pickup. I'm not sure but you might need the brakes and spindles too.

the rear can use the axles from a 4wd as mentioned above, I don't know about the front... maybe you could use the spindles from a 4wd?
