Buy a used G-80 for the cheapest way. I recommend a Tru-Trak though....

Where is the cheapest place to get a tru trac or or similiar locker. I plan on getting 3.73's in the process. I might as well change the gears while im in there... How many spline are these axles

You have 30 spline axles Sir. Also, to ease your install if you do it, 3.73 gears use 0.032"-0.033" pinion shim.

Also, Yukon has recently released their "Dura-Grip" which is basically an Eaton posi. It is cheaper than a tru-trac even.

Lock rite or ez locker.
If you're gonna change gears I'd go with a tru trac personally.
Absolute cheapest would be the "Lincoln locker"
