When the stall is listed in a range like you mentioned above (emphasis added), do things like the engine size/cam/gear ratio affect where in the range it kicks in?

Is this the same as the 2600-2800/3000-3200 278mm? Or just for the 3000-3200? I'd like the tighter version. Unless you're just giving a ~ range from 2600-3200 depending on vehicle, etc...

Sorry guys, I let a few questions go unanswered.
I rate our converters in a range because there are so many factors involved other than the converter. So I set a small window where I expect it to flash. There are numerous factors that will affect the stall. Engine power and power curve, so a cam will make a difference. Vehicle weight and gear ratios also come into play.
