haha ive gotten a 1.84 on spray. might have gotten it a lil better if i sprayed it right at the green light. but i wait just a half second or so then flip the switch.

Im not goin to be locking mine up at WOT or in boost, so i thought about goin with a single disk.. but for just a couple hundred more why not just go with a triple?
I like over kill, thats why i went with a 80E

+1, me too, I gotta get better than a 2.4 60', although that was when I had 33's and I'm rolling on 31's now which should help too.

One thing I know about the single discs is that you don't want to lock them at wot. I'm sure that the single disc can take a lot more abuse than the factory lock up clutch, but Chris told me that he likes to see triple discs in the trucks whenever possible.

I haven't had the truck running for a while, and I don't have any scans, so I don't know where I want it to stall yet.
Will a modified stock converter have three discs? Are you saying that the three disc only comes in higher than stock stall?

According to CircleD's website, they can be stalled from 2500-5000

I'd recommend that you give Chris a call to find out exactly what they can do for you, maybe they can do something custom to suit your needs, you never know.

I talked to both Chris and Anne today, great people. Their going to ship my converter straight to FLT so they can dyno my trans with my converter FREE shipping too
