The billet front will fit either a 245MM, 258MM or a 265MM converter. So I can build it to fit just about any setup. 500HP to 1500HP. A 1000 RPM drop on a shift extension will probably be a 245MM, but it depends on the power and setup. Shoot me a PM with your mods and I will come up with a plan.

I have a 2000 5.3L Silvy, full bolt ons and a TSP 220/220 @ 111 LSA. This
set up is N/A set up, no n2o. I am shoping for a tq converter.

What torque converter would you recommend from your product line?

PI is the originator of the billet fronts and multi disk setup, at least as far as I know. They have a nice multi disk setup. I actually buy some of my parts from them. So they are definitely good competition. I decided I wanted to build a multi disk that can stand up to extreme HP. I think I came up with a design that is very impressive. When you see it in person, the decision is very easy.

You mentioned "switch". I assume you already have a multi disk PI. If you are not having any lock up slippage and happy with the stall, then I think you are fine.

Hope this answers your question.

Stock 4L60E I presume. It depends on what you are looking for and your budget. Want to go set some records, towing capacity, street manors?

Option 1 - 278mm 11" 3000-3200 stall. Good performance and great street manors. Still tow as well.

Option 2 - -258MM Billet option. Can be a single disk or a multi. Multi better if you plan on towing. Great performance and good street manors. Stall choices from 2800-3500.

So far I like it ok, although it has yet to lockup, the stall seems about right. We'll see. I do like the 6 bolt vs 3 bolt arrangement though
