Circle D - Multi Disk
#47
The multi disk billet front we make has an extremely strong mounting pad. I would feel safe saying it would hold 2000HP, the mounting pad that is. The problem is the flex plates break. So by distributing the load better, it helps to eliminate breaking flex-plates. So the 6 lug option with a SFI approved flex-plate is the strongest setup. The LS1/4L80 Hybrid converter lets you use the stock flex-plate because it has the stock LS1 bolt pattern and correct pilot length to engage in the crank. I am not sure what HP levels are needed for a 6 lug flex-plate or a SFI one. I have seen a lot of them crack in near stock applications and some live in 6-700 HP. I think you are required to run a SFI 29.1 at 9.99 or quicker, if that helps any.
