Probably too late of a reply, but fwiw I have the Circle D triple disc and LOVE IT! I'm very pleased with it's performance all around. I lock it at the track as well as occasionally tow with it.
Depending on your trans build/tune you may find the lockup to be a little harsh. I tuned mine out and it feels like stock cruising around (not sloppy but not harsh) and has a very nice engage when under power.
Chris was very helpful and stood behind his product. I will use him again. Good luck.

I have a friend that has a cam/bolt on f-body, 3.23's and has ran both with nothing else changed. THe yank pt4400 had a 1.57 60', and 1/4 was 11.62@ 116. THen he went with a circle d 230mm 5000, same weather, 1.57 60', and 1/4 was 11.72@ 115. No wheelspin on either. In his case the Yank was the more efficient converter.
