Clunking or knocking in steering
I read The Cronic's post about his popping noise when turning but my truck is a stock setup 2WD could it be the pitman arm is loose or somthing I haven't had the chance to look at it yet the truck has 86K on it or is it the ball joints in the arms?

Yep, steering shaft. I had mine lubed at 12k, 25k now and its beginning to rattle again.... Hopefully they will replace it this time! Is this the first problem you have had with it? If you went 80k miles without having something done to it, you are very lucky.

Yeah this is the first time I'm hearing it, I bought it from a respected dealer so it was probably lubed before I bought it at 63K... thanks for the info everybody
