Default converter lock up speed?????

My truck seems to slow down in the top end, and i think it has to do with my converter. At what mph do you all have your converters set to lock, or do you all have them unlocked?

do you mean just normal driving or WOT? if you mean normal driving, i believe the stock MPH for lock up is 38mph. mine does at least and i didn't have my tuner adjust it.

I bumped mine up to 45 mph. I don't want it locking and unlocking driving around on 35-40 mph city streets.

A lot has to do with how much torque you make and how you drive, what mods have you done graysilv?

At normal throttle, mine is set to lock up at 47mph. Anything lower and mine really didn't like it, especially riding around town.
