Converter in/out of lockup from going to bigger stall?

my converter locks at 45mph and when i wanna get on it like pass someone and my converter is locked all i do is slightly tap on the brake and it unlocks keep in mind that i still have my foot on the gas.hope that helps so you dont have to let of the gas just lightly tap on the brake and it will unlock your converter

Thanks anyway guys but I got it figured out, my Misfire High RPM per Revolution Mode table wasn't completely disabled... Wierd, it was only enabled above 3500 rpm but it was still causing it to unlock at 2700 rpm.....
