My PI bolted up without a hitch. That is once I got replacement bolts to replace the original POS bolts.

My PI came with replacement bolts. Taped in the box.

Mine too. Even if they didn't come with, they needed replacing anyhow.

I had the same problem...it can be drilled out with the trans in the truck but it ain't easy. I drilled out the hole in my driveplate (it was close to matching up) and have had no problems so far. My converter is a TCI also. Saw nothing about it in the destuctions!

Starting to feel a little bit better about it. Now that it is in and working and apparantly other major TC makers screw it up also. It was a major PITA on top of an already difficult undertaking. I'd like to know if there was something different/unique with my particular truck or if the TC was made wrong. Want to fix it at some point. I feel I've increased the potential for flex plate failure by grinding the holes.

FWIW PI is yet to respond to an e-mail regarding the issue.

I have yet to have problem bolting a PI up in any silverado SS's or S-10's for that matter.
I start all of the bolts loosly then tighten. Do not put in one at a time and tighten as the PI's are usually really close to the insides of the three holes. You will have fun trying to bolt it up then.
