Remember when messing with the tranny only change 1 thing at a time in small increments then go drive the truck to see what it did...

I had to check their website to confirm, but...the Level 5 comes with the Sonnax Super Hold 4th gear servo; the Level 4 does not.

yea. I had them add mine before they shipped it. Don't have to be in heavy throttle tho to feel it.
A buddy of mine just picked up an 08 CC and I gave him a ride in mine last night. went 70-90 and backed out. He was quite impressed with how hard it shifted. 2>3 was a jolt and backing out 3>4 was just a tad softer.

well you probably should have bought the lvl 5, it wont matter that much since its the 4th gear servo, if you want firmer shifts gotta look at line pressures...good luck tearing down your tranny to install the 4th gear servo because thats not gonna make it shift any harder

The only way to increase actual available line pressure that i can remember is by installing a boost valve and running stiffer springs on the pump ring and/or by changing the pump out with a high volume unit. Changing line pressure settings on the computer only changes control of the pwm solenoid, you are just using more of what you already have. I can't recall any screw adjustment on the 60e for line pressure, only valves and springs.
