For stock rebuild installed with converter $1200-$1600. This would be to repair and inspect a unit with minor damage. Most places will reuse a lot of what is inside the trans for this price. By the way Chevy girl I believe in 91 you would have a 700r4/4l60. The 4l60e is an electronic version. Vince

I had my old 92 rebuilt in Oklahoma City including a rebuilt torque converter for $1200...
