Default Could these ladder bars be that hard to make?

I noticed the ladder bar setup they had for the 4x4 trucks. I'm looking at these things wondering if they could be $300+ worth of fabrication/materials. I think my buddy could mimic these with ease. He does some great work(he's about to start on my 4link/coilover setup). Anyway, it seems that traction devices are popping up everyday for these trucks. Finally some good news in our quest for traction.

fabrication is an incredibly slow process that takes a very long time to perfect.

Making them would not be hard. making them well will require expierence. Strong welds and square welds/

those look more like a traction bar to me than a true ladder bar setup......I'm sure you could make them work

True that.....some of my buddies work here on his dodge. All custom fabbed....all done by him in his dads little shop.

I have some pics of when it all began. He cut the truck in two and build the entire subframe from the cab back. He used my other buddies dodge for measurements/etc. He's going to do a basic 4link/QA1 coilover for my truck and we'll see how that does at the track.
