I 100% agree with you on this, I am currently running the TT3000 and it is a great converter no doubt but it is very tight. I will be going with the SS3600 within the next few months.

on a related note, is the SS series too small of a converter for towing?

Have you had a chance to drive a heavier ext. cab truck with the SS3600 yet? If so I am just curious how it drives under normal driving in a heavy truck. My mind is set on going with that regardless though.

I am not too sure if I would do much towing with the SS series, IMO.

I do not think it is recommended to tow with the SS
3600 works fine in them IMO
