mine did it when i first bought it, then it went away til i got it dirty underneith again.

Check your leaf springs for the circular cushions that go on the end of the lower leaf. When I bought my truck they were gone and it would make kind of a clunk when taking off. They are a cheap fix too.

if your rearend backlash greater than 8-10 you will prolly hear that slacking up, i drove a company s-10 that had horrible rearend setup with alot of gear slop
